Zoran
An experienced care provider in working with all types of disabilities, Alzheimer’s, autism, learning difficulties and psychotic disorders. Throughout my experience, I came to the conclusion that any work with people where the contact is direct, open, and imbued with confidence, compassion and trust can be an excellent form of self-help therapy open to counselling and Psychology, Yoga and Art.

which is caring, supportive, responsive and effective.
Angela
Hi my name is Angela and I work with clients at Spectrum Active who need 1-1 support; to achieve what they want during our activities and sessions.
All members of our staff team have to be successful in all aspects of a stringent recruitment process, complete a satisfactory enhanced disclosure from the Vetting & Barring Scheme (DBS) and our comprehensive company and management inductions. Satisfactory five years referencing and a character reference are also required.
Danny
Danny is our volunteer who comes in and runs great sessions with our students, proving support and activities.
Furthermore, our on-going training programmes, delivered by specialist professionals, which fully accord with the requirements of Care Quality Commission (CQC) are intrinsic to ensure our staff team are qualified and experienced to be responsive to our students’ support needs.
Edwin
I am Edwin, my passion is to support individuals with learning disabilities to meet their daily needs and life purposes.
I like reading, travelling and listening to music.
Our management team have both professional and training qualifications in social care, as well as directly related work experience, which subsequently ensures a compassionate and comprehensive understanding of the needs of our students and staff team.
