Our Programme

We believe that it is important for our students to regularly include in our programme, topics and workshops which actively promote healthy lifestyles and choices


We implement various activities based on raising our students’ awareness of the benefits of healthy living, providing essential knowledge and information. To make this relatable, our students are encouraged to participate in discussions related to their wellbeing.


We also encourage our students to engage in range of activities which are centred around promoting a healthy and balanced diet, and increasing their awareness of the nutritional values of different healthy foods and drinks.


Other health and wellbeing activities can be based on raising awareness of the benefits of various holistic therapies, relaxation and mindfulness techniques, which support our students in managing stress and their emotions, and improving their health and wellbeing.
